18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

Every model, performer or other individual appearing in any depiction of explicit sexual activity shown on the website found at hairyporn.pics was a minimum of eighteen years old at the time of the creation of those depictions.

Exemption: Content Produced by Third Parties

For the purposes of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the owners and operators are not the primary or secondary "producers" of any content depicting explicit sexual behavior, real or simulated, accessible on the website. The operator of hairyporn.pics restricts their undertakings with regard to sexually explicit content supplied by third-party users to transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, or formatting only. The areas of hairyporn.pics on which user contributed content is presented are under the control of those users. To that end, the operator or the owner of the website is free of duty concerning compliance with Section 2257 records keeping and labeling obligations as decreed in 28 C.F.R. §75.1(c)(4). In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the operator of the website may take down any contents if such are determined, as decided solely by the operator, to be indecent, obscene, defamatory, or inconsistent with the polices and terms of use of the website.

Exemption: Content Produced by Website Operator

Any visual depictions that may appear on the website, for which the operator of the website may be regarded as the “producer,” are not subject to the conditions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for one or more of the following reasons: (1) the images or videos do not portray any sexually explicit conduct as outlined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A); (2) the images or videos do not portray depictions of the genitals or pubic area after July 27, 2006; (3) the images or videos do not portray simulated sexually explicit behavior; or (4) the images or videos were shot before July 3, 1995.
